Urinary Incontinence! It Is An Overactive Bladder Symptom

Urinary incontinence (UI) is any involuntary leakage of urine. It is a common and distressing problem, which may have a profound impact on quality of life. This causes you to affect much on the normal livability. One cannot move freely if he/she is suffering from Urinary incontinence. Mostly this will be caused if one has the problem of overactive bladder. Overactive bladder is also referred to as urge incontinence and is a form of urinary incontinence (unintentional loss of urine). An overactive bladder is a condition that results from sudden, involuntary contraction of the muscle in the wall of the urinary bladder. Simply cutting down on the volume or altering the times at which majority of fluids are consumed can reduce symptoms substantially to improve the quality of life. Caffeine and alcohol are known bladder irritants and are best minimized or substituted by decaffeinated or nonalcoholic beverages.
